To make your order in Germanium, just take simple steps:

1. Enter your data and purchase

Firstly, you should Create an Account as a user. Once you are registered, go to clients’ area where you can check your orders, modify your data and print your invoices.
Afterwards, you should choose your products and put them on the Shopping Cart.


2. Terms of payment

Depending on the country where you are, you have different terms of payment:

Bank Transfer/ Payment in account: choosing this form of payment, ordering via our shop, you will receive an email confirming your order as well as the necessary information on payment. Once you have made such payment and our account receives such payment, you will be automatically sent your order confirmation, preparation and delivery. The account where you should make such payment will be sent to you via email once you have made your order.

Paypal: If you wish to make payments by card VISA/Mastercard. Once you have made your order and carried out payments via Paypal; we will check your data and if all is correct, we will proceed with the preparation and delivery.

COD (Cash On Delivery): This type of payment is only available for Spanish Peninsula. This payment method bears additional costs which will be calculated by Shopping Cart (approx. €7.50 + Transport). For COD orders, it is essential to leave a fixed telephone number in order to confirm the details of your order. The order will not be sent unless it is confirmed by phone or via email. For this, once the order is made and our email is sent to you, then you should double check your address to see if it is complete and if the products which you have ordered are correct. Once you have verified all the aforementioned information, please contact us so we can proceed with your order. In the case of not confirming the order, we will not proceed with your order.


3. Payment information

If you are going to make a Bank Transfer or pay via PayPal, it is important to state your order number and your name in the Comments of Bank Payment/Transfer (for example: Order 374, Pedro Martinez Fernandez); it is essential to remember that if the person who is making the payment is different from the person who is going to receive the order, just send an email so we can associate your payment with the right person. You can do this by sending an email or contacting your Customer Service. As soon as we receive your payment in our account, your order will be processed and sent.
If the product is being manufactured or is not in stock, we will need some extra days for your order. We will inform you of all possible delays and delivery periods.


4. Delivery

Once we have verified all your data, we will proceed with processing your order.
Please, take into account that no order will be sent if it is not fully verified or your details are not confirmed.


Most frequent queries regarding Orders

If I wish to cancel an order which I have already paid...
If you wish to cancel your order and we have not proceeded with the delivery, you just have to inform us of such cancellation and we will fully refund your money.

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices on the screen include VAT and the payment can be made via Bank Transfer or payment in account or via PayPal. In the case of COD payment (where available), the prices may increase. The Delivery expenses are calculated in the Shopping Cart afterwards.

I have received my order perfectly well however I cannot find the attached invoice.
Normally, we send the invoice together with the order. However, you can have access to your invoice online by clicking on the section MY ACCOUNT and then View all my orders. Here, you can see your invoice and print it.

Do you send order outside Spain?
Yes. At present, Germanium is expanding worldwide. In such case, the shopping cart will calculate all shipping cost. For international orders, all deliveries will be made via UPS to the client’s residence. All expenses of customs and taxes must be paid by the client on delivery.

I have made an order and you have charged me VAT twice.
No. On your order sheet the VAT is stated separately but not added on to the order.
